Payment
terms
1. All swimming fees must be paid in
full at the time of registration
2.
Monthly payment should be made within the first week of the
month.
3. For new enrolment, lesson that starts other than the first
week of the month will be pro-rated as follow: Normal group class at
$15/- per lesson and small group class at $25/- per lesson.
4. No refund will be made once registration is confirmed or
in
any case that you cannot attend the remaining swimming lesson,
An application that is acceptedis
not transferable to other person(s) or future courses.
Make
-up Policy
7. There will be no make up
lesson if: -
i) Individual participants who fail
to attend the swimming lesson.
ii) Your scheduled class falls on a Public Holiday
iii) New Year's Eve
iv) Chinese New Year's Eve & Day 1 to Day 6
v) Pool Close due to Heavy Rain or Family Day
8. Please
attend classes regardless of the weather; stroke drills, stretching
exercise relate to swimming will be conducted.
9. Make-Up
lesson may be scheduled for students only if they are ill.
Please note the following points pertaining to Make-Up lesson
i) To be eligible for Make-Up lessons a copy of the Medical
Certificate or Receipt is necessary
ii) Please be present for your scheduled Make-Up lesson, otherwise,
it will be considered forfeiture. We do not Make-Up a Make-Up
lesson.
*Please note that there are certain
months in the calendar year with a 5
week and these date are 29 30 31. There will be no
lesson on the last week of the month. Because the
Instructor has heavy teaching schedules on other days so the
fifth week is a rest day for the instructor. It is parents
duty to take note themself if the month has 5 week and there
is no lesson.
Termination
Policy
10. If you wish to terminate your child swimming program,
please kindly give two week's notice in writing, otherwise,
a month's fees is chargeable.
Importance
Information
10.
We
acts solely as a swimming lesson referrer, providing services
to both students and instructors. We
shall
not be held liable for any mishaps, deaths, accidents or other
incidents that occur during the lessons.
11. We
reserves the right to reject any enrolment should the participants
be found unable to adapt to our Swimming Program.
12.
We
has the right not to start any lessons shall the minimum number
of students for the particular course/activity is not met.
13.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, We
reserves the right to postpone the day and time for the lessons
or replace the swimming instructor.
14.
Should the instructor be unavailable for a particular lesson,
he or she is liable and wholly responsible for making alternative
arrangements with the students. We,
shall not be held liable for for such arrangements.
15.Participants
may have to bear additional expenses for certain courses,
E.g. Cost of Certificate, replacement of swimming cap or goggle.
16.
All students must have their own swimming equipments Pool
Buoy, Swimming Cap, Swimming Board & Swimming Goggle.
17.
We
reserves the right to add, delete or vary the Terms &
Conditions at any time as it deems fit.
